Primary and Beginner Dancer Debut
We are excited to announce that we will be offering a Primary and Beginner Dancer Debut in conjunction with the Opening Ceremonies of the 2023 Penticton Scottish Festival. This is a non-competitive performance opportunity for any dancers that are not ready to compete but would like to perform their 16 Pas de Basques, Pas de Basques & Highcuts and Highland Fling.
