These events will be held in compliance with all current federal and provincial health and safety orders as well as facility requirements for COVID-19. Our goal is to allow our dancers to compete in a safe, calm, inclusive and positive environment. It is possible that these orders may change between the release of this entry and the competition date; requirements will be updated before the competition as necessary. We appreciate unexpected situations could arise on the day that may require action to protect our dancers, judges, pipers, volunteers, and other participants.
Please be respectful of all requirements and request or you will be escorted from the facility and no refund will be given.
BC VACCINE CARD
As per current BC Health Guidelines and Tournament Capital Centre Requirements, everyone entering our venue aged 12 years and older (dancers, parents/guardians, teachers, volunteers, judges, pipers, etc.) will need to provide proof of vaccination via BC Vaccine Card and a Government issued photo ID (ID only required for anyone aged 19 and over). Please ensure that you and your dancer aged 12 and over (born in or before 2009) will be fully vaccinated at least 2 weeks prior to November 6, 2021.
