Events for all Pre-Premier (Primary, Beginner, Novice & Intermediate)
commence immediately following the Irish Jig Special results

Marvelous March Workshop

This workshop is an approved CPD session for all RSOBHD Adjudicators. Professionals are welcome to attend any session. Fee for EHDA non-member Professionals - $35

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

Parents and siblings are NOT allowed in the studios during the workshop

All dancers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to start time to ensure sufficient warmup time

Water only allowed in studios.

Proper dance attire and shoes required

All Dancers: Please bring practice swords
Pre-Premier: also bring practice skirts

Priority will be given to EHDA dancers until February 15, 2025 at which time the remaining spots will be open to all dancers based on a first come first serve basis.

**PLEASE NOTE: dancers who arrive after classes have started, will be brought in at an appropriate time at the discretion of the workshop coordinator. Thank you for respecting the instructors and other participants by arriving on time and prepared.**

If you have registered and can no longer attend, please do us the courtesy of advising the workshop coordinator 24 hours before the workshop. If there are multiple no-shows, a refundable deposit may need to be included in future workshops. Thank you for your consideration.

This event is being held in compliance with all provincial health and safety orders in effect at the time of the entry being posted, as well as facility requires for COVID-19.

Our goal is to allow our dancers to compete in a safe, calm, inclusive and positive environment. We appreciate unexpected situations will arise on the day that may require action that is meant to protect our dancers, judges, volunteers, and other participants.

Covid-19 Guidelines

  1. Public Health requirements will be continuously evaluated, and participants will be informed of any Covid-19 protocols prior to the event through social media and email.
  2. For all participants attending our sanctioned events, generally, there will be 4 guidelines we encourage participants to follow in the absence of any local, provincial or national government health orders
    1. wearing a mask for your own protection and of others
    2. maintain physical distancing wherever possible
    3. sanitizing hands often
    4. staying home if you feel sick
  3. Upon registering for this event and immediately prior to the event, you agree to the requirements and recommendations of any National, Provincial and local Public health and other governmental authorities as well as any requirements from the Beaumont Community Centre which may be in effect at the time of the event, as it pertains to the Covid-19 Coronavirus and to adopt all necessary measures to those effects.
  4. Participants are required to agree to the COVID-19 Other Contagions General Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability at the time of registration.
