Entry fee: $6/dance (with local membership) or $12/ dance( without local membership)
Intermediate & Premier Afternoon events
Register at 12:00 P.M. Afternoon events begin ½ hour after morning events conclude, but not before 1:00 P.M.

Volunteers Needed
The Quill Lake Highland Dance Association is a very small association. We would very much appreciate any volunteers that could help us the day of the competition. We cannot do it alone. If you are willing to help please indicate on the "request for volunteers" online. Thanks so much!
Accommodations:
Hotels in the area are: The Pioneer Hotel & Motel. Canalta, Bella Vista Inn
You may find that the Canalta and the BV have no rooms available. This is because they are holding rooms for a wedding and reunion that weekend. The blocks won’t be opened until a month before our competition date. You can try booking rooms there after March 18th.
**The Pioneer Hotel & Motel currently has rooms available for the 18th**
They have about 30 fully renovated rooms and a restaurant in the foyer.
However we cannot block off any rooms.
So please call ASAP to book a room if needed.

Concession:
There is a concession on site. It is located in the main foyer of the Elgar Peterson Arena which is connected to the Collegiate. They only accept cash, but there is a ATM in the foyer as well.
Please eat and drink in the commons area of the facility (located beside the gym) or in the foyer of the arena (where the concession is located). No food or drink will be permitted in the gymnasium.
No outdoor shoes in the gymnasium.
